Guided by the theme of “Elevated Living, A New Chapter“, our design approach was about turning constraint into opportunity, laying the foundation for a new way of living. From maximizing riverfront views and harnessing natural light to creating fluid, open spaces that feel expansive rather than restrictive, every detail was carefully considered to redefine apartment living.

This home is not just an adjustment – it is an elevation of lifestyle.
